("American") is an investment banking firm which specializes in providing bond financing programs for not-for-profit religious organizations throughout the United States of loans ranging from $1,000,000 to $15,000,000 in size. Our bond program is different than ones you may have heard about! We sell all of your bonds for you to our clients. The Church’s congregation is under no obligation to buy any of the bonds!

We offer conventional loans up to $2 million, and fund mortgage bond financing on loans up to $l5 million. As investment bankers, we sell the bonds to our retail customers nationwide -- not to your congregation (unless you prefer that bonds be made available to your membership).
